1. WARRANTY STATEMENT

Stone Science stands behind the quality and workmanship of its Hollow/Loose Flooring Injection Tool.

This One-Year Limited Warranty provides protection against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document, Stone Science will provide the applicable warranty remedy for a covered defect arising during the warranty period.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The warranty covers qualifying defects in the tool's original materials and manufacturing workmanship.

Consumable products, adhesives, cleaning solutions, replacement supplies, and separately purchased accessories are not covered by this specific warranty unless expressly identified as covered in their own written warranty documentation.

4. WARRANTY PERIOD

The Limited Warranty remains in effect for twelve (12) months beginning on the original retail purchase date.

Proof of purchase may be required to establish eligibility and verify the applicable warranty period.

A replacement product or repaired component remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or expressly provided by Stone Science.

The original warranty period does not automatically restart following repair or replacement.

5. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty covers defects attributable to faulty original materials or manufacturing workmanship that cause the injection tool to malfunction during normal, intended use.

Examples of potentially qualifying defects include:

• Defective original manufacturing or assembly.
• Structural defects attributable to manufacturing.
• Premature failure of covered components caused by defective materials or workmanship.
• Malfunction resulting from a manufacturing defect rather than improper operation.

The presence of a malfunction does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect.

Warranty eligibility will be determined through a reasonable evaluation of the reported issue and available supporting evidence.

6. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by circumstances unrelated to defects in original materials or manufacturing workmanship.

Excluded circumstances include:

A. Improper Use

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, excessive force, improper operation, or use contrary to the product's instructions.

B. Accidental Damage

Damage resulting from drops, impacts, crushing, improper storage, or other accidental events.

C. Unauthorized Modifications

Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs that result in or contribute to product failure.

The use of third-party accessories or repair services does not, by itself, invalidate this warranty.

D. Normal Wear and Tear

Ordinary cosmetic deterioration and normal wear that do not constitute defects in materials or workmanship.

E. Improper Maintenance

Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, storage, or exposure to incompatible substances, where such conditions caused the reported failure.

F. External Conditions

Damage caused by fire, flooding, extreme temperatures beyond specified operating conditions, or other external events unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

G. Application and Installation Results

This warranty does not guarantee the success of any particular flooring repair.

The condition of the substrate, flooring materials, adhesive application, existing installation, and other site-specific factors may affect repair results.

This exclusion does not limit any express product performance claim or remedy otherwise required by applicable law.

7. WARRANTY REMEDIES

If Stone Science determines that a reported defect is covered by this Limited Warranty, it will provide the remedy specified in its approved warranty service terms.

Any remedy will be provided within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Where a product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, Stone Science will provide any alternative remedy required by applicable law.

No warranty fee will be charged unless expressly disclosed in this warranty and permitted by applicable law.

8. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

Customers experiencing a suspected manufacturing defect should contact Stone Science during the applicable warranty period.

Step 2 — Provide Purchase Information

Please include the following information, where available:

• Customer name and contact information.
• Original order number or proof of purchase.

• Photographs or video demonstrating the issue, when reasonably available.

Step 3 — Warranty Evaluation

Stone Science will review the information provided and may request additional details reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

If physical inspection is required, the customer will receive instructions for returning the product.

Do not ship products to Stone Science without first obtaining return instructions.

Step 4 — Claim Resolution

Once the claim has been evaluated, Stone Science will notify the customer of the determination and the applicable remedy.

Customers will receive instructions concerning any approved repair, replacement, or refund.

9. WARRANTY SERVICE AND SHIPPING

If a physical product return is required, Stone Science will provide instructions identifying the appropriate return destination.

This warranty covers only the products and defects expressly described in this document.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any limitations on available remedies will be governed by the terms of this warranty and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or restricts liability for personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this warranty disclaims implied warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Some states do not permit certain limitations on warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so applicable limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

12. RELATIONSHIP TO RETURN POLICY

This Limited Warranty is separate from Stone Science's standard return and refund policy.

A warranty claim concerns a potentially defective product and the remedies available under this document and applicable law.

A standard return concerns a customer's request to return merchandise under the store's applicable return policy.

The expiration of a standard return window does not automatically terminate coverage under this Limited Warranty.

13. TRANSFERABILITY
